PrimeTime is in beta
PrimeTime is an early-stage product, still being actively built and improved. You might run into bugs, rough edges, or features that change without notice. We appreciate you being part of this early — and we read every bit of feedback that comes our way.
Using the app
You're welcome to use PrimeTime for your own personal fishing planning and catch logging. We simply ask that you don't:
- misuse the app or attempt to disrupt how it works
- try to copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer the app or its data
- submit false, misleading, or offensive content in your catch logs or notes
- use the app for any unlawful purpose
Weather, water and safety information
PrimeTime pulls weather, water and moon data from third-party sources (Open-Meteo and the Bureau of Meteorology) to help you plan sessions. We do our best to keep this accurate and up to date, but we can't guarantee it will always be complete, current, or perfectly accurate for your specific location.
PrimeTime is a planning tool, not a substitute for official safety information. Any decisions you make about when or where to fish — including around water conditions, weather, or watercraft use — are yours, and made at your own risk.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login details secure. If you notice any unauthorised use of your account, let us know as soon as you can.
Your content
Your catch logs, notes, and session data are yours. We don't use them for anything beyond providing the app's features to you, unless we've clearly asked and you've agreed otherwise (for example, if you choose to share a testimonial or feature request publicly).
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the PrimeTime app, branding, and design belong to us or are used with permission. Please don't reproduce or redistribute the app's content or branding without asking first.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrimeTime Fishing is not responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from your use of the app, reliance on the information it provides, or decisions you make while fishing, boating, or spending time near water.
Ending your access
You can stop using PrimeTime and delete your account at any time. We may also suspend or end access for anyone who breaches these terms or misuses the app.
Privacy
We handle your personal information in line with Australian privacy law. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
As PrimeTime grows, these terms may evolve too. Updates will be published on this page, and continuing to use the app means you accept those changes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
